This cable allows for viewing of hd (high definition) wii graphics. Compare to major brands..While finding a Wii system isn’t out of the question this holiday season, getting your hands on component cables has been nearly impossible, with the connectors MIA at most retailers so far and occasionally sold out on Nintendo’s own website. This cable does not seem to be sheilded, as I found out the other day when my wife was using the vacuum cleaner the screen went blank every time she came near the area I was in. I would have not even known that if she was not using it. Other than that the cable performs well and picture quality is good.
So just do not vacuum while using the wii.

I could see a marked difference in picture quality on my HDTV with this cable. Both playing games and watching netflix movies on the WII!

Not much to say. The quality feels right, and the signal got through without issue. The cable works as advertised.
